Mad River is excited to welcome Executive Chef Thomas Rice to the Mad River team. He has brought an entirely new concept to the sports bar experience. We have recently implemented a new and improved menu featuring an eclectic collection of market fresh dishes and an innovative new attitude towards classic ingredients. We encourage customers to visit us and sample some of the newest entrees with one of our suggested beer or wine pairings. We have recently added a seasonal patio that will launch Spring 2011 and allow patrons to have a great meal while enjoying the ambiance of the Lakeview neighborhood.
